We are looking for a highly organised, technically minded coordinator to support project delivery and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Junior Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of onboarding customers to our software, as well as internal projects to support the business. This includes coordinating implementation activities, managing project documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, facilitating technical onboarding tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Contributing to client mobilisations, you will perform system configuration using UI tools to import client data, build customised workflows, set up automated notifications, create communication templates, dashboards, and more!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with software platforms, is able to communicate and work with others, is enthusiastic and willing to learn, and wants the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager or Delivery Lead position.

About You

Essential

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working with software platforms and data.
  • Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing and able to receive tasks and instructions, gain an understanding of them, deliver them and be able to report on them.
  • Enthusiastic with a professional attitude and a desire to get things done!

Desirable

  • Experience working within project delivery and/or some form of technical or customer support role.
  • Experience working as part of a team and communicating with customers.
  • Experience using and working with software platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, data formats (.csv / .json), or technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, Mondays, or similar.
  • Certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, PMP) are a plus but not essential.
