platforms for Incident and Risk Management. We brand this software as SYNAPSE. In essence, the
platform has been designed to support business continuity and resilience. It enables organisations to
proactively identify and mitigate risks, safeguard key stakeholders, respond to operational impacts (an
incident can be anything from Health & Safety and Security to Threat, Fire and Violence), maintain
compliant processes and audits, and streamlines communication.
Because of our desire to accelerate growth in the UK and International market we are currently hiring a
The Sales Manager is hunter focused and responsible to lead, develop and execute a pipeline of prospects
that add to the growth of Zinc’s solution footprint.
This position requires someone with keen prospecting and solution selling attributes, an ability to ‘roll-
your sleeves up’ and work with internal teams to deliver high quality solution-based proposals.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will serve as the focal point for negotiations and act in a sales capacity for
those existing customers presenting up, cross/sell opportunities.
