Our growth strategy to date has been focused on client retention and product development as we have aligned ourselves with our clients so that we are informing their roadmap as well as them informing ours. This collaborative approach has led to a number of awards in partnership and application of new technology. As a company, our Synapse product is leading the field of safety and security incident management. We are able to deliver differentiation to our clients across three key sectors – Government, Corporate and Retail.

An opportunity has arisen to join our Projects Team as a Temporary Software Configurer, based at Zinc Systems’ head office in Northamptonshire and open to remote workers following training.
Zinc Systems is currently undergoing a large project that is migrating our flagship SaaS product into a new framework ready for the next phase of our expansion.
As part of the process for this, we require extra resourcing for some of the more hands-on administrative tasks relating to our software application; such as configuring question sets, reviewing forms, adding notes and updates to a ticketing system, checking and testing your own work, and updating internal stakeholders with progress.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Projects Team, and will receive full training on processes and procedures to follow to successfully configure the platform.
We’re not actively pursuing anyone with any advanced knowledge of IT. However someone who has experience in using software – either personally, educationally, or through work – is preferable.
Note this is a Temporary role at 37.5 hours per week. For more information, please contact stephen.shackell@zinc.systems
This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to a company going through a forward-thinking transition in the Software industry.
Our newly upgraded office is based in a highly desirable Northamptonshire village. 5-10 minutes from Northampton town centre.
We would love to hear from you. Please email your CV to: Stephen Shackell
