Zinc Systems welcomed the Kingfisher Crime Centre to our head office in the heart of Northamptonshire. This move has included a physical move of 8 Analysts and an upgrade of their award-winning Incident and Loss Prevention software ‘IRIS’, powered by Synapse.
The Crime Centre will be launching lots of new features over the coming months to support all security staff, store detectives and store colleagues in the fight against crime, as well as strategic projects such as automated risk profiling and AI Image recognition.
The road ahead is fast paced and full of innovation, which is why Kingfisher have awarded Zinc this critical area of their operation.
The Crime Centre’s function of protecting people and profit is hugely advanced through; the combination of rich data sets from B&Q and Screwfix, expert Crime Analysts and Zinc’s leading security platform IRIS. This collaborative approach will become the de-facto standard by which all retail crime prevention and detection in the future will be judged.
