In May 2021 Zinc launched Synapse into Graff Diamonds to deliver ‘Command & Control’ of all incidents and intelligence across their global estate. The platform sits within each of their Security Operations Centres (UK, Hong Kong, Chicago) providing a ‘follow the sun’ approach to the management of critical events and security activities – including daily occurrence logs, alarm incident reporting, critical event reporting, intelligence dissemination and vehicle tracking.
