Together we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Zinc Systems.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Secondly, at Zinc, we are committed to providing our customers with global, world-class service – we know our systems are critical for many organisations. Given the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan which leverages our global network to ensure our services will continue to be provided in the event of any impacts.

Our business continuity plan is robust and takes many factors into consideration including how we serve customers by location, product and customer segment. We have also tested our continuity plans to ensure business continuity while maintaining security compliance.

We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the NHS and UK Government, amongst others. If one of our offices is affected, we may shift or reduce some non-critical services temporarily. Any of these changes will be posted on our website and any potentially affected customers will be notified directly.

Supporting our customers and keeping our colleagues safe is our absolute priority and we’re working hard to make sure we’re here to help however the situation develops. We are committed to providing you with the best support possible during this uncertain time. 

Pandemic Preparedness and Response Resource Hub

We have quickly developed a free Pandemic Preparedness and Response Resource Hub to support our customers and the wider community providing real time situational awareness and links/resources sourced from UK Government, official global agencies and open source communities.

Our aim with this resource hub is to help you protect your people and organisation during this period of crisis. We have amazing teams across Zinc that are here for you. This moment reminds us that we are all connected like never before. We’re called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion.
